The short version: nothing you put into this app ever leaves your device, because there is nowhere for it to go.

What the app stores

Teams, player names, initials, shirt numbers, positions and tactics are saved in your own browser's storage, on your own device. The app has no server, no accounts, no sign-in, and makes no network requests for your data. The developer cannot see anything you enter; there is no mechanism by which it could be sent anywhere.

Children's names

Coaches often enter children's names. Those names stay on the coach's device. They are only ever shared if the coach personally exports a file or a picture and sends it to somebody; which works exactly like sharing any other file they created themselves.

What the app does not do

Who else is involved

Nobody has access to your teams or tactics, but two things are worth naming plainly rather than leaving to the phrase “no third parties”:

If you are a coach entering children's names

This is guidance, not a condition of use. The app collects nothing, so nothing here is about the developer's obligations; it is about yours.

If you are coaching for a club, then under UK data protection law your club is normally the data controller for information about its players, and putting a squad's full names on a personal phone is something the club is entitled to have a view about. It is worth a short conversation with whoever handles that at your club. Two practical habits cover most of it: use initials or first names where the tactic works just as well without more, and remember that exporting a tactic includes the squad it belongs to, so sharing one board in a group chat shares every name in that squad with everybody in it.

Offline copy

The app keeps a copy of its own code on your device so it works with no signal. That cached copy contains the app itself, never your data.

Deleting your data

Settings → “Reset all data” removes everything the app has stored, including any copy it set aside after failing to read the store. Or clear the site's data in your browser's settings. Either is complete; there is no copy anywhere else.
